Work Responsibilities
* The ideal candidates must have a proven and successful track record of at least one year of marketing and selling Mutual Fund products.
* He/she must be able to demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills.
* Good communication and negotiation skills are essential and a pro-active sales attitude is a pre-requisite.
Role: Lead, organize and motivate the sales team towards organizational goals and target, implement, maintain and develop company's policies and procedures, assign sales territories, set goals and establish traning programs for the sales team in order to ensure maximum market share.
